Submission Agreement/Eligibility requirements

This Agreement shall come into force as of the date of submission, hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date".

BETWEEN: PI-VR GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "PI-VR", owner of this website on the one hand, and the author of the works submitted to PI-VR, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRIBUTOR" on the other hand.


As complete and full consideration for receiving additional visibility in the market hereby, Contributor authorizes PI-VR to publish and/or distribute any and/or every picture submitted by Contributor to PI-VR GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "PICTURES") on this website and/or with, or in connection with software, CD-ROMs or other products developed for the commercial market by PI-VR GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "PRODUCTS").

This authorization constitutes a perpetual license to publish the Pictures worldwide, in any and every language, for all formats and in all media now known, or hereafter developed, and for any and every edition, revision and adaptation of the products and in any derivative works based thereon. Such license shall include infinite limitation, the right to (1) reproduce and duplicate the Pictures, (2) combine the Pictures with other materials, (3) rename and/or reorganize the Pictures, (4) distribute, license and sublicense the Pictures in conjunction with distributing, licensing, sublicensing, marketing and/or publishing the Products, (5) market, promote and advertise the Pictures as part of the Products, (6) use any trademarks contained in the Pictures as contemplated by this license.

The Contributor hereby warrants and represents that (1) he/it has full right and power to grant the rights granted herein, (2) the Pictures are original and do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity or contain any scandalous, libelous or unlawful matter, (3) the Pictures do not contain any virus or Trojan Horse or other software routine designed to permit unauthorized access, to disable, erase, or otherwise harm software, hardware, or data.

PI-VR is not responsible for lost, destroyed, stolen or elsewise missing material.
